Cancellation Policy

To ensure all guests have a great time, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: 1. Please do not place drinks on the game tables – this keeps everything clean and ready to play. 2. Game equipment is available anytime at the reception. 3. Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your booking, we appreciate a quick phone call to cancel. 4. Shuffleboard: Please use only the sand provided at our reception. 5. Reserved times are binding. An extension is possible for an additional fee, provided there is no booking afterwards. 6. Damage or loss of game equipment must be reported immediately at the reception. Guests are liable for any damage or loss and must replace it. 7. Respect: Please treat fellow guests with kindness and consideration. Thank you for your understanding – and enjoy your game!
