General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Heartbreak Hotel, operated by BLACOON Retreats AS. By making a booking, you accept the terms outlined below.
2. Booking and Confirmation
The booking becomes binding upon written confirmation from BLACOON Retreats AS.
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
3. Payment
Payment can be made in the following ways:

Directly on the website via PayPal at the time of booking.

On-site upon arrival via Vipps or cash.
The full amount must be paid no later than check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, a fee of up to 100% of the booking value will apply.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.
A late check-out may result in an additional fee.
6. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or facilities during their stay.
BLACOON Retreats AS is not liable for the loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
7. Use of Premises
The accommodation may only be used for the intended purpose and by the agreed number of persons.
Events or gatherings on the premises require explicit approval from BLACOON Retreats AS.
8. Noise Disturbance and Conduct
Guests are requested to be considerate of other guests. Noise disturbances or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.
9. Pets
Pets are only allowed if agreed upon in advance with the accommodation.
10. Miscellaneous
Norwegian law applies.
Disputes arising from this contract will be handled by the competent court in Norway.
