Information on Voluntary Donations

The Heartbreak Hotel, operated by BLACOON RETREATS AS, welcomes external support and voluntary donations in order to implement and realize projects and services at our hotel.

These projects particularly include the free shuttle service for our guests, so that it can be maintained and further expanded, as well as the renovation and preservation of our historic hotel.

Donations are voluntary and are not linked to a booking, any consideration, or other services. All donations are used exclusively to support the projects mentioned above at the hotel.

As a small token of appreciation, supporters may optionally choose one of the products from our support shop. This is a voluntary gesture of appreciation and does not constitute a consideration in the legal sense.

Alternatively, it is also possible to support our hotel directly on site. Donations can be made at the hotel bar or at the reception desk. Please simply speak to our staff – our team will be happy to provide you with further information about the available support options.

No Commitment / Cancellation of Recurring Donations

There is no minimum term or binding commitment. If you have set up a recurring donation, you can cancel it at any time without giving a reason.

In the high season, from April 1st to August 31st, our reception

is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Outside these hours, we are available for you around the clock via email.

Please note that during the low season, from September 1st to March 31st, our reception is not staffed continuously.
If you have booked a room, I kindly ask you to let me know by phone or email at what time you would like to check in before your arrival.
